Join us for a night of fun, exploration, and learning at Webster's S.T.E.A.M. Night!

Take a journey with your child and explore all of the interdisciplinary S.T.E.A.M. projects that Webster Scholars have been working on this year! The event takes place on Tuesday, March 20th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. AVID and SAS Parent meetings will take place from 5:00pm to 5:30pm.

* Take a virtual reality tour of life through fossils!
* Explore the student created Egyptian Museum!
* Enter the "Think Tank"! See next generation engineering design concepts brought to life by Webster innovators!
* Cultural music workshops including chanting and percussion sounds!
* Interpret literature through art in the abstract painting exhibit!
* All of this and much, much, more!

In addition:
Our Scholastic Book Fair will be open in the library. Purchase books to foster your child's love of reading and help raise money for our library!

This year we welcome our high school partners who will share information about their outstanding programs, and tell you how you child can qualify in the future.

You may also support the Webster Student Body by purchasing pizza, nachos, and desserts!

We look forward to seeing everyone at S.T.E.A.M. Night!

You are invited to take a campus tour this Spring!

Prospective and incoming families are welcome to take a campus tour!

Spring 2018 Tour Dates are as follows:

February 8, 2018
March 8, 2018
April 12, 2018

All tours start at 10:00am in the Parent Center, Room #111, and last for one hour. Families will have an opportunity to meet the Principal and staff, visit classrooms, and talk with current students. Tours are led by Webster Leadership students and parent volunteers.

Now accepting applications to our School for Advanced Studies (SAS) for the 2018-2019 school year!

Webster is a SAS demonstration site known for our exemplary gifted and talented education implementation.

Qualified Webster resident students will be automatically enrolled.

Qualified non-resident students may complete an application and drop it off in the Attendance Office. The application must be be signed by the Principal or designee from the current school of attendance.

The SAS application deadline is March 23, 2018.
Families will be notified of their status by April 13, 2018.

After School Tutoring is available in all subjects!

A THIRD late bus day has been added so that students can take advantage of after school tutoring and enrichment programs!

Late buses are available every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY. Buses leave school at 4:30pm.

Students may get help in any subject by going to Room #221. Ms. McEachern and UCLA Bruin Corp tutors are there to help your child succeed!

Parent Conference Night is February 15th!

Parent conference night is mandatory for all students and parents.

Long Term English Learner and Master Plan Options Meeting in the Library from 4:30 to 5:30. (Parents of LTELS only)
S.T.E.A.M. Magnet Parent Meeting from 4:30 to 5:00 in the auditorium (Parents of magnet students only)
8th Grade Parent Meeting from 5:00 to 5:30 in the Auditorium (Parents of 8th graders only)

Student led conferences in classrooms from 5:30 to 7:30 for ALL parents.

Individual Culmination Planning availble from 5:30 to 7:30 in the counseling office with Ms. Albanez.
