A total solar eclipse will be visible on Monday, August 21!
There will be instructional interactive activities in classes for all students. Students who return the appropriate permission slip will have an opportunity to view the eclipse using NASA approved solar glasses.
Our bell schedule will be modified to ensure safety for all students.
Webster's annual Unity Through Community Festival brings our community together to celebrate our diversity and different cultures! There will be performances, guest speakers, food, activities, and fun!!
Performances begin in the auditorium at 11:00am and the outdoor festival starts at 12:15.
Parents are our partners in all that we do! In honor of this vision, join us this Friday, May 5th at 8:30am for a special ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of our brand new Parent Center! There will be special guest speakers, performances, and refreshments.

We look forward to hosting our friends from Mar Vista, Marvin, and Nora Sterry Elementary Schools at our Drama Class Production! The entire Webster student body will also have an opportunity to enjoy the play. Parents are invited as well!

There will be an essay contest for both elementary and middle school students with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes awarded! Attend the event for more information!
Funded through a grant from Girls Build LA, and in partnership with Communities in Schools, all of our students will have an opportunity to speak directly to college representatives, learn about A-G requirements, scholarship and financial aid opportuntities from 9:15 to 12:28 in the quad. Parents are invited and welcome to attend as well!
Webster welcomed professionals from local businesses and communities to our campus! Our students had the opportunity to learn about what it takes to make their own dreams a reality!
Students from middle schools all over LAUSD and beyond competed at Daniel Webster Middle School and STEAM Magnet Center. Challenges included the Balsa wood glider competition, egg drop, mousetrap car, math, creation of a prosthetic arm, and more!
