BREAKING NEWS:
Alto saxophone player Neydi Mendez wins School Band & Orchestra
magazine essay contest!
The prompt of the essay was "I Believe Music Must Remain A Part Of The School Curriculum Because" and her essay was selected as one of ten winners out of several thousand entries across the United States!
Neydi will receive a $1,000 cash scholarship award to further her music education. In addition, Webster will be receiving music products from SBO sponsors and Neydi's essay and photograph will be featured in SBO's magazine and on their website.
